Hiring assessment
A candidate completes a twenty-five-minute assessment before your team makes an offer. The report scores fit against the specific role, catching a mismatch before the contract instead of after the first quarter.

Employee evaluation
The same assessment, run on someone already on staff, before a promotion or an internal transfer. The standard version returns a scored report to HR and the manager. The full version adds a debrief call walking through what it means.
