This role runs remote and full time, with pay between $4,200 and $6,500 a month, set by how much of this kind of work you've already shipped somewhere else.
You own the twenty-five minute session from first draft through final scoring weight. A weak question dies on your desk before it reaches a candidate. A strong one can be in front of a hiring panel the same week you write it. Expect regular arguments with sales about whether persistence is even measurable, and moments of watching a candidate freeze on a timed item, deciding whether the item was unfair or exactly the point.
You likely have shipped or validated selection tools, structured interviews, or assessment content, and write English that survives a skeptical reader. A pure research title isn't required if the work is already sitting in your portfolio.
